Terms of Service
The practical terms under which mobile detailing appointments are performed.
Scheduling and access
Appointments require legal access to a suitable parking area with room to work. Where a property manager or HOA restricts contractor services, obtaining permission is the customer's responsibility.
Scope, pricing and condition
- Quotes are based on the vehicle, size and condition described before the appointment
- Scope changes discovered on site are discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds
- Detailing improves condition; it does not repair damage such as torn upholstery, failed clear coat or cracked lenses
- Results on stains, etching and scratches depend on depth and age, which are assessed on site
Weather and rescheduling
Exterior polishing, sealant and coating work requires dry conditions. Where weather prevents safe work, appointments are rescheduled at no charge.
